I, authorize Extreme Auto Accessories DBA Rennen International to charge my credit card account below for the purchase of Extreme Auto Accessories products and services if I choose to elect credit card option as my method of payment for the transaction. I also authorize Rennen International (Extreme Auto Accessories Corp) to charge my credit card account below for any events and related charges that I owe for Non-Sufficient Funds (NFS) Checks from my checking account, credit card charge-backs will be recharged plus a $25 chargeback fee and fees associated from my refusal of shipments and products. (i.e., shipping/freight and/or restocking fees). Deposits for special orders are non-refundable. Custom forged orders are non-refundable.
Return Policy ALL returns must meet the following requirements or risk returned goods being destroyed with no credit given. Returns / Exchange must be made within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise specified. There are absolutely NO returns on used equipment and mounted/balanced rims. We DO NOT guarantee fitment on products and installation hardware; hardware is made to fit MOST applications but not all. If you have a request to return merchandise, a DETAILED LIST must be emailed to accounting@rennenauto.com or faxed to the Return Authorization Department at (718) 504-9637 for an R.G.A. (Returned Goods Authorization) number to be issued. Please no verbal RMAs via calls. Quantity, item number, invoice number and reason for request, i.e., damaged, defective or unwanted goods, MUST be listed specifically and clearly, attached with the required invoice.
The RMA number MUST be obtained within 48 hours after the receipt of your order and before the arrival of the merchandise to be returned. ALL returns must be in their original package with all the accessories and hardware. If the request for return is honored, an RMA number will be issued via fax. The RMA number must then be written clearly on the outside packaging/box of the returned items, and a copy of the request and invoice must be included. Upon receipt of the merchandise, items must be inspected and if applicable, credit to your account will be issued. You must allow 7–14 business days for inspection. All returns, other than defective merchandise, may be subject to a minimum of a 25% restocking fee. This policy also applies to shipments that are refused and returned.
The customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning and/or exchanging items to Extreme Auto Accessories Corp. It is the customer’s responsibility to report all damages, shortages, and fitment conflicts within 24 hours of receipt of the order. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours. There are absolutely NO returns on closeout items and items sold at Trade Shows.
Rennen International (Extreme Auto Accessories) is NOT responsible for: a.) Damage caused to hub, studs, or to lug nuts during installation (all hardware should be checked by customer to ensure proper fitment on vehicle before installation). b.) Wheels and Tires damaged during mounting and balancing. c.) Damages made to vehicle during the installation of its products or as a result of its products. d.) Wheels and tires left on premises.
